Welcome again to the marathon "White Stones Trail" and Ukrainian Bike Family. We were forced to stand all last year for a number of reasons. But now we have decided to start all over again. And the beginning of mass running marathons in Kryvyi Rih is the "White Stones Trail"! This time we changed the starting point. Now it is on the shores of the reservoir. That is, in a couple of steps from the finish arch you will be able to wash away the fatigue of all your kilometers, and enjoy the cool waters of "Karachuns".
The White Stones Trail runs through the picturesque parts of the Ingulets River Valley, along a flooded granite quarry, and along the shady paths of the Karachunivsky Forest with descents into the beams on the banks of the reservoir. Because of the well-known recreational place of Kryvyi Rih residents - "White Stones". The distances of the event are 46, 23, 11.7, 4.6 and 2.3 km. This marathon is the most light among the entire Kryvyi Rih League and is perfect for participants who are testing themselves on rough terrain for the first time. However, experienced fans of trail running will have a place to try yourself for strength! Prolonged stone rises of the granite quarry, forest and many beams over long distances will not leave you indifferent.
2. Terms of participation
Anyone who fulfills the following conditions can become a participant of the White Stones Trail marathon:
Participants in the distance of 11.7, 23 and 46 km. allowed only if you reach the age of at least 18 years
All participants who have not reached the required age in the selected distance must provide, in the presence of parents or guardians, written permission to participate in the competition and provide the necessary documents proving their family ties.
All participants, at a distance of 23 and 46 km. are required to provide a medical certificate certifying that the state of health of the participant allows to participate in the competition, which he will present when registering and obtaining a starting number. Instead of honey. help you can provide an insurance policy.
Fill in the participant's questionnaire at registration and sign the Agreement on release of organizers from liability. At the starting point upon receipt of the start number, or pre-printed before the start and handing over the signed agreement to the organizers.
Make a start-up payment to the organizer's account, to the specified bank details in the specified time, or in cash at the starting point. (Terms and details are listed below).
After filling out the application form (electronically or in writing), the marathon participant accepts the following provisions:
The organizers, partners of the organizer and persons involved in the conduct and organization of the race are not responsible for injuries, deterioration of health and damage to property that may occur before, during or after the race.
All participants of the race, as well as close and distant relatives of the participants waive all possible claims against the organizers of the event related to damage to life, health and property of the race participants during the competition and after it.
All participants are aware of the potentially harmful consequences for their lives, health or property in connection with participation in the competition. Participants are personally liable for all damage caused to their lives, health and property, as well as for damage to life, health and property of third parties caused by the actions of the participant.
All participants participate in the competition only voluntarily and with their own consent.
All participants who participate in the competition agree to the processing of their personal data for further use by the organizers of the competition in future marathons, or races, and for marketing purposes.
The participant must have a charged mobile phone with him on the route - REQUIRED.
At distances of 11.7, 23 and 46 km, the participant must also have:
- water tank with a water supply of 7-10 km. (hydrator, or flask);

Failure to do so will result in penalties ranging from fines (10 minutes or more) to disqualification.
It is also recommended to have:
- hat;
- glasses;
- mini-first aid kit (vaseline, painkillers, heart drugs, bandage, peroxide, plaster).
The participants of the race are obliged to comply with these provisions and treat with respect the other participants of the competition, judges, organizers, law enforcement agencies and medical staff during the race.
Race participants are required to adhere to the rules of ethical behavior (in particular, not to use profanity), the principle of fair play, respect for the environment.
The use of glass containers and other items that may endanger the lives and health of other participants and fans is prohibited during the distance. Violation of this requirement is punishable by disqualification.
All garbage must be left in the areas of KP (checkpoints), where garbage collection will be organized in special packages. Participants who litter on the route will be disqualified for disrespect to the environment.
Each participant of the marathon, in case of finding other participants on the marathon route who were injured or started having health problems, are obliged to provide assistance and inform the organizers about the location of the participant, his number, type of health problems or injuries.
The participant should, if possible, go from a distance at checkpoints, or if possible try to get to them. At the checkpoints, the participant can receive first aid, food and drink, while waiting for the evacuation vehicle.
If the participant leaves the route not because of health, and can move without harm to himself, then he gets to the starting camp himself.
All participants who do not reach the finish line before the time limit will be disqualified and will be required to notify the organizers by phone of their location in order to avoid the organization of search and rescue operations. The organizers reserve the right to transfer participants to other categories.
The organizers have the right not to allow participation in the competition without explanation. In this case, the entry fee is refunded in full.
3. Categories of participants and the principle of passing the distance
The task of the participants of each category is to run a pre-selected distance within the set time limits. Distances will be pre-marked. Participants must mark (register) at each of the checkpoints. Volunteers will register the passage of the CP by entering the participant's number in the electronic table of race results and certifying the passage of the CP on the check cards of the participants of the competition (on the numbers) with a unique seal of each CP. The participant's result will not be credited if there is no registration on at least one of the CP and there is no at least one stamp on the participant's number. It is also allowed to put seals on parts of the body, or other places where a clear imprint of the seal is possible. The organizers reserve the right to set up "secret" checkpoints on the route and off the route in places of probable sections, which will ensure that each of the participants will follow strictly the specified route. The organizers reserve the right to combine categories in case of insufficient number of registered participants in one of the categories. Participants who are seen cutting the route will be disqualified.

ATO veterans pay 70% of the registration fee. 6. Rewarding
All participants, at distances of 46, 23, 11.7 km, who have overcome the route within the time limit on their distance, and ordered a starting package in which there is a finisher's medal are awarded these medals.
If a competitor has ordered a commemorative finisher's medal but has not been able to cover the distance within the set time limit, the commemorative finisher's medal will not be awarded to that participant and the finisher's commemorative medal will not be reimbursed.
Participants who took 1st - 3rd place in each of the age categories are awarded Diplomas for their place.
Participants who took 1st - 3rd place in the age category, 51-60 and 61 + are awarded medals for their place.

The participant who took the prize place in the absolute is NOT awarded in the age categories.
At the distances of 4.6, despite the fact that adult athletes can also take part, the first three places will be awarded to children aged 13 to 15 years.
At a distance of 2.3 km prizes, diplomas and valuable prizes are awarded to participants who took the first three places in the absolute in their category (men, women).

7. Refund in case of refusal to participate.
A participant who has paid the entry fee, but for some reason can not participate in the competition, has the right to partially reimburse the entry fee paid. To do this, write a letter to the organizing committee of the competition at [email protected]. Indicate in the letter the information that the participant will not participate in the competition and wants to return the funds made as a starting fee.
If the Participant withdraws from the registration due to force majeure and can notify about it two weeks before the date of the competition, the refund will be 50% of the funds deposited
Starting fees are non-refundable from the end of pre-registration.
8. Force majeure
The start will take place under any conditions, except war, fire or earthquake!
In the event of force majeure, such as making the competition IMPOSSIBLE, the marathon may be interrupted. In this case, the final protocol is formed based on the current results at the time of the decision to terminate it.
In case of force majeure before the start of the competition, the organizers reserve the right to make changes to the competition route, postpone the start time (but not more than 2 hours), postpone the start date or cancel the competition.
In case of cancellation of the competition on the day of the marathon, all entry fees are refunded in the amount of 50%.
