September 6 (Saturday)
11:00–19:00 – distribution of starter packs for participants (tent on the square opposite the Lviv National Opera, 28 Svobody Avenue).
September 7 (Sunday)
07:00 – opening of the start village;
07:00–12:00 – cloakroom service;
08:10–08:30 – opening ceremony of the competition;
08:55–08:59 – greeting the race participants;
09:00 – nationwide moment of silence to honor the memory of those killed as a result of russia's armed aggression;
09:01 – start of the “Unbreakable” run;
09:20–09:29 – warm-up;
09:30 – start of participants in the 10 km race;
09:30–10:40 – completion of the 10 km distance;
10:30 – start of participants in the 5 km race;
10:35 – start of participants in the charity 1 km race;
11:00–11:30 – awards ceremony for winners of the “Meest Run the World. Lviv Ten” in the 10 km race;
11:30–11:50 – awards ceremony for winners of the 5 km and 1 km races;
11:50–12:00 – closing of the competition.
Participants are allowed to compete provided they are duly and timely registered. Registration is possible via the official Telegram bot of the Meest group of companies. Online registration is open until September 3, 2025, inclusive, or until the participant limit is reached. Registration on race day will not be available. The organizer has the right to suspend or close registration without prior notice if the participant limit is reached. A participant is considered registered once they have filled out the application through the Telegram bot and paid the entry fee.

The organizer guarantees a full refund if a participant withdraws before August 29, 2025, inclusive, regardless of the reason.
Changing a paid registration to another person is free of charge if technically possible.
Organizations, clubs, or other groups can submit a group application for Meest Run the World. Lviv Ten participants.
The group registration discount is 10% for groups of 20 or more people.

These packages are allocated from a special quota.
Note: persons serving in the Armed Forces of Ukraine or other military formations who do not have combatant status register under general conditions.
To receive a free or discounted starter package, participants must present the original relevant ID on September 6. If during registration it is found that a participant does not meet the claimed special category, registration is canceled without any compensation.
Each finisher of the 10 km and 5 km races will receive a metal medal with a unique design.
Winners of the “Meest Run the World. Lviv Ten” in the 10 km absolute ranking from 1st to 5th place (men and women) will be awarded cups, diplomas, and cash prizes:
1st – 12,000 UAH; 2nd – 10,000 UAH; 3rd – 8,000 UAH; 4th – 5,000 UAH; 5th – 3,000 UAH.
Winners of the “Meest Run the World. Lviv Ten” in the 10 km age groups (men and women) will be awarded cups, diplomas, and cash prizes:
1st – 1,000 UAH; 2nd – 800 UAH; 3rd – 600 UAH.
Winners of the “Meest Run the World. Lviv Ten” in the 5 km absolute ranking (men and women) will be awarded cups, diplomas, and cash prizes:
1st – 3,000 UAH; 2nd – 2,000 UAH; 3rd – 1,000 UAH.
Winners of the “Meest Run the World. Lviv Ten” in the charity 1 km absolute ranking (men and women) will be awarded cups and diplomas.
Each participant takes part voluntarily, accepting all potential health risks during and after the race, and bears personal responsibility for their physical condition and ability to complete the chosen distance.
