On June 8, 2025, at VDNH (Urban Park) in Kyiv, the second charity run “Go to the Future” will take place, initiated by the Future for Ukraine Foundation. The event will bring together veterans with prosthetics, showbiz stars, opinion leaders, para-athletes, professional runners, and concerned citizens to support wounded defenders and their social reintegration. The General Partner is the Medical Center Orthotics & Prosthetics — a leading international prosthetics center in Ukraine.
When: Saturday, June 8, 2025
Where: VDNH (Urban Park), Kyiv
Who’s invited: veterans with limb prosthetics, professional runners, Paralympians, wheelchair users, famous Ukrainian figures and opinion leaders, and anyone willing to participate.
You can run at VDNH or online from anywhere in the world.
The main goal of the run is to draw attention to the needs of amputee veterans and raise funds for prosthetics for those who have lost limbs.
Event Program
08:00 – 09:30 — Participant registration, race kits available from 08:30.
09:30 – 10:15 — “Unity Relay” with veterans with prosthetics, stars, and opinion leaders.
10:30 – 11:30 — 5 km and 2 km runs open to all.
All participants will be awarded medals after the run.
Race kits can be picked up on race day from 8:30 at the start area at VDNH or in advance at specified locations (addresses available during registration).
Online Participation
- You can run from anywhere in the world: in a city, village, park, by the river, or on a treadmill.
- You choose your own distance. What matters most is participation!
