Charity Race “Bilotserkivskyi Marathon 2025” is held to motivate amateur athletes to stay in shape and to raise funds. 100% of registration fees will be donated to the “Titanovi” military rehabilitation center.

Date: October 5, 2025. Time: 10:00 – 15:30.
Start and finish location: Bila Tserkva, entrance to “Oleksandriya” park.

Distances:

• Marathon (42.195 km, separate results for men and women)
• Marathon relay (8 × 5.3 km, team scoring)
• Half marathon (21.0975 km, separate results for men and women)
• 10 km (separate results for men and women)
• 5 km (separate results for men and women)
   

Registration
Participants are allowed to take part in the race only after proper and timely registration. Online registration is available at the organizer's website: www.bc-marathon.gov.ua
Registration is open from May 1 to September 30, 2025 (while slots are available).

The organizer reserves the right to pause or close registration once the participant limit is reached. A participant is considered registered once they complete the application and pay the entry fee. The entry fee is non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to inability to participate, failure to finish, not meeting time limits, disqualification, or race cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., COVID-19 or force majeure). Incorrect or false information during registration leads to cancellation with no refund. Paid registrations cannot be canceled or refunded.

Race kit delivery is available three days before the race via Nova Poshta. This is a paid service and must be selected during registration.

Entry fees (individual):
42 km — 1100 UAH
21 km — 1000 UAH
10 km — 900 UAH
5 km — 800 UAH
42 km relay (team) — 8800 UAH

Registration discounts:
Free registration is available for military personnel (limited to 50 slots). Once the limit is reached, a 30% discount applies to the base entry fee.

Race kit pickup:

• Oct 3, 2025 (Friday): 12:00–20:00 (Stadium “Trudovi Rezervy”, Bila Tserkva)
• Oct 4, 2025 (Saturday): 10:00–16:00 (Stadium “Trudovi Rezervy”, Bila Tserkva)
• Oct 5, 2025 (Sunday): 06:30–08:30 (Restaurant Berehynia, 179 Oleksandriyskyi Blvd., Bila Tserkva)

The “race kit” for individual participants includes:

• Race bib with participant’s name (for those registered before Sep 1)
• Finisher’s medal (if distance is completed within the time limit)
• Electronic timing chip
• Course map
• Changing rooms and bag check
• Hydration and nutrition points on course and at the finish
• Gifts from sponsors

Relay race kits (42 km, teams):

• 8 race bibs with names (for those registered before Sep 1)
• 8 finisher’s medals (if team finishes in time)
• 8 electronic chips
