Open Championship of Kryvyi Rih in Cross Triathlon “IRON WILL” is a multisport event in sprint format that combines swimming, cycling, and running in natural terrain.
The event aims to promote a healthy lifestyle, develop mass sports, engage the population in eco-friendly outdoor activities, and improve the level of amateur athletes.

Distance
- Swimming: 1000 m
- Cycling: 20 km (2 laps, dirt and gravel)
- Running: 6 km (trail surface, forest area)

- 07:30–09:30 — race kit distribution
- 08:00–09:00 — transition zone open
- 09:35 — opening ceremony

Participants
- Open to all participants aged 18+
- Participation formats:
- Individual
- Relay (team of 3 participants)
- Veteran teams (separate ranking)
Participants must be physically prepared and have no medical contraindications. Participation is voluntary, and each participant is responsible for their own health.

Men:
- 18–29
- 30–39
- 40–49
- 50+
- 60+
Women:
- up to 35
- 36+
Relay: 3 participants of any age and gender
Categories are formed if there are at least 5 participants. Organizers reserve the right to merge or modify categories.
Registration
- Online registration via the organizer’s platform
- Registration is confirmed after completing the form and payment
- Limit — 100 participants (individual + teams)
- Registration may close earlier upon reaching the limit
Re-registration (transfer or format change) is allowed no later than 7 days before the event.
Entry Fee
- Individual participation:
- first 20 participants — 1500 UAH
- from 21st — 1700 UAH
- Team participation:
- first 10 teams — 2700 UAH
- from 11th — 3400 UAH
- Veteran teams — free

- Combat veterans — 30%
- Participants 60+ — 30%

Loss of the timing chip results in a penalty of 2500 UAH.

Results and Awards
- Winners are determined by the fastest finish time
- Electronic timing system is used

Participants who win in the overall category are not awarded in age categories.
Rules and Conditions
- The competition follows triathlon rules
- Participants must correctly wear their bib and chip
- Results may be invalidated in case of rule violations
- Entry fees are non-refundable under any circumstances
Safety and Force Majeure
- Organizers may change the program, route, or format
- The event may be postponed, shortened, or canceled for safety reasons
- Participants are not entitled to refunds
- Decisions are made in case of threats to life, weather conditions, or martial law
Personal Data
Participants agree to the processing of personal data and the use of photo/video materials for marketing purposes without additional compensation.
Complaints
Complaints are accepted only before the awards ceremony. After that, they are not considered.
