1. ABOUT THE EVENT
The 4th annual trail run «Modrivski Skeli» is held to popularise and promote mass running events in Ukraine, as well as: to promote a healthy lifestyle; to develop mass sport; to integrate the city of Kryvyi Rih into the global running movement; to inform, nurture and motivate the audience and help them achieve their personal and sporting goals.
2. EVENT MANAGEMENT
The event organiser is the NGO «Bihova Atmosfera», which is responsible for the overall preparation and running of the event. Organising committee: Project & competition director — Viktor Bilyi, 096 003 0044; Course director — Valentyna Bila, 067 663 9093; Chief referee — Viktor Bilyi; Chief timekeeper — Vitalii Ivakh. The competition director is responsible for safety and preparation of the venues.
3. BASIC RULES
The organiser reserves the right to cancel the event due to force majeure (fire, flood, earthquake, natural disasters, war, armed conflicts, strikes, blockades, hurricane wind above 11 m/s). The regulations constitute an official document that acts as an agreement between the organiser and the participant. Suggestions and amendments are accepted at: [email protected]. The organiser may make changes to the programme and regulations.
4. ELIGIBILITY
20+ km — from 18 years; 10+ km — from 16 years; 5+ km — from 16 years (from 14 with written parental consent and under their responsibility). «Mile of the Unbreakable» — servicemen, war veterans and persons discharged from service who suffered injuries or illness during or as a result of duties in the combat zone. Kids’ race 500 m — ages 6 to 9; kids’ race 1500 m — ages 10 to 14.
Admission requires documents: a printed and signed agreement letter and an ID confirming age. Each participant takes part voluntarily, acknowledging the possible health risks, and bears personal responsibility for their physical condition. A medical check-up and sports insurance are recommended. Medical staff are present and may refuse or withdraw a participant. Without an ID, the bib number and start pack are not issued.
5. NATURE OF THE EVENT
Distances 20+ km, 10+ km and 5+ km are individual competitions. Kids’ races (500 m, 1500 m) and the «Mile of the Unbreakable» are held in a fun format.
6. REGISTRATION
Registration runs from 20 July 2026 to 25 August 2026 or until the participant limit is reached. Registration on the event day is subject to agreement with the competition director. To register: sign up for the relevant race on the website, read the Regulations and confirm acknowledgement of the waiver of claims.
7. START PACKS
The pick-up location will be announced additionally. On the event day (05 September 2026) start packs are issued at the start only to participants from other cities from 7:00 to 8:30. To receive a pack: an ID, the participant start sheet, a signed waiver of claims and consent to personal data processing; for concession registrations — supporting documents. The pack includes: bib number and pins, gifts from partners, information booklets, and a finisher medal (provided the distance is finished within the set time).
8. EVENT PROGRAMME
Date: 05.09.2026. Time: 07:00–15:00. Start and finish: Kryvyi Rih, «Hdantsivskyi» park. Distances: 20+ km, 10+ km, 5+ km, «Mile of the Unbreakable», kids’ races. In case of an air-raid alert, participants proceed to the shelter indicated in the start pack.
9. SCHEDULE (subject to change)
04.09.2026: 12:00–19:00 — start pack pick-up (location announced additionally).
05.09.2026: 07:00 — opening of the start area, pack issuance; 08:50 — warm-up; 09:00 — start of 20+ km (limit 6 h); 09:15 — start of 10+ km (limit 2.5 h); 09:30 — start of 5+ km (limit 1.5 h); 10:00 — start of the «Mile of the Unbreakable»; 10:30 — kids’ race 1500 m; 10:45 — kids’ race 500 m; 11:30 — awards for 5+ km and 10+ km; 13:30 — awards for 20+ km; 15:00 — course closes.
10. ROUTE AND COURSE
The course runs through «Hdantsivskyi» park, along the bank of the Inhulets river, across the Modrivski rocks and Chernohorka. Surface: asphalt, ground, stones. The 20+ km distance is 1 lap with one river ford crossing; 10+ km, 5+ km and the «Mile of the Unbreakable» are 1 lap each; one lap is 1.6 km. Kids’ race 1500 m — one lap; 500 m — over a segment set by the organisers. On the course: at least two hydration and food stations for 20+ km and 10+ km, one for 5+ km. Toilets are located within the park.
11. WINNERS AND AWARDS
Results are recorded by an electronic timing system; referees record the first 3 finishers on each distance. Awards: 20+ km, 10+ km and 5+ km (men and women, overall category) — 1st–3rd place, prizes from event partners. Souvenir finisher medals are given to the first 120 registered participants who take part.
12. FINANCIAL TERMS
20+ km: 1300 UAH (20.07–01.08.2026), 1500 UAH (02.08–25.08.2026), 1700 UAH (on race day). 10+ km and 5+ km: 1000 UAH (20.07–01.08.2026), 1300 UAH (02.08–25.08.2026), 1500 UAH (on race day). Kids’ races 1500 m and 500 m: 550 UAH (kids’ slots — 20). «Mile of the Unbreakable» — free.
13. PROTESTS AND CLAIMS
A participant may file a protest or claim on the event day before the awards ceremony. A protest is submitted to the secretariat addressed to the chief referee; it is accepted only after paying 400 UAH (if the protest is upheld the fee is refunded, if rejected — not). Claims are accepted only from participants.
