• Surface: 100% asphalt

• “Steel Run” 21 km — 4 laps of 5 km

• 10 km — 2 laps of 5 km

• 5 km — 1 lap

• Nordic walking — 5 km

• School Cup — 1.3 km

• Kids’ races — 100 m and 200 m

• Honorary Kilometer (for veterans)

Organizers
The event is organized by NGO “Running Atmosphere” with support from the Kryvyi Rih City Council.

Who Can Participate

• 21 km — 18 years and older

• 10 km — 16 years and older

• 5 km and Nordic walking — 14 years and older

• School Cup — 4th to 11th-grade students

• Kids’ races — ages 5 to 10

• Honorary Kilometer — veterans

Medical personnel may disqualify or remove participants if needed. All participants must sign a liability waiver. Parents/guardians are responsible for minors.

07:00 — opening of the start village, race packet pickup
09:10 — warm-up
09:15 — official opening ceremony
09:30 — start:
• “Steel Run” 21 km (time limit — 3 hours)
• 10 km
• 5 km
• Nordic walking
09:50–10:20 — finish of first runners in 5 km and 10 km
10:50 — finish of 21 km
11:00 — start of Honorary Kilometer, awards at the finish
11:50 — warm-up for kids’ races
12:00 — School Cup start
12:10 — School Cup finish
12:20 — Kids’ races (100 m and 200 m)
12:30 — awards ceremony:

Registration

• Registration is open from August until September 25, 2025, or until the participant limit is reached

• No registration on the day of the event

• Register online at vsiprobihy.org

• Confirmation email with bib number will be sent after registration

Race Packet Pickup

• Location will be announced separately

• On race day (October 4), packet pickup is available only for out-of-town participants from 07:00 to 09:00

• Required documents:
  • valid ID
  • printed or electronic start confirmation
  • signed liability waiver and consent for personal data processing

• Awards given for top finishers in absolute and age categories

Finisher medals are awarded to the first 500 registered participants who actually start in the following categories: 21 km, 10 km, 5 km, Nordic walking, Honorary Kilometer, School Cup, and Kids’ races.

• until 01.09 — 800 UAH

• until 15.09 — 900 UAH

• until 01.10 — 1000 UAH

10 km & 5 km

• until 01.09 — 700 UAH

• until 01.10 — 900 UAH

Nordic walking — 500 UAH
Kids’ races — 300 UAH
Honorary Kilometer — free of charge
Discount for veterans of war (UBD) — 30% (contact organizers at 096 003 00 44)

Protests & Claims

• Protests affecting podium places must be submitted within 30 minutes of the provisional results (fee — 400 UAH; refunded if accepted)

• Claims can be submitted within 24 hours after the event to: [email protected]

• Anonymous claims will not be reviewed

• Claims must not influence the final results

• Only participants can submit protests or claims

Safety

• Participants are responsible for their own health and safety

• Medical support is available at the finish area and on demand

• Follow Ukrainian traffic regulations

• It is prohibited to remove or fold the bib or cover the sponsor logo

• Run only along the marked route

• Follow instructions from judges, volunteers, and medical staff

• Organizers are not liable for injuries or damages during the event

• The race will be held in any weather conditions

• Event may be canceled in case of life-threatening danger or military order

• Registration fees are non-refundable. Bib transfer is allowed until 25.09.2025

• Participation confirms agreement with all event rules

Participants consent to the use of their personal data, photo, video, and audio for promotional purposes without compensation.
