Event Purpose

• Promotion and development of recreational running, increasing participation in the running community
• Development of trail running in the region
• Improving the health level of the city and regional population
• Charity, support for the Armed Forces of Ukraine

Race Distances and Time Limits

• 10 km distance | +360 m elevation gain. Cut-off time – 3 hours
• 24 km distance | +800 m elevation gain. Cut-off time – 5 hours
• 42 km distance | +1450 m elevation gain. Cut-off time – 7 hours
• Children’s distances: 400 m, 800 m, 1 km. Charity run – 2 km
• Online

Each distance has an established overall time limit as well as intermediate cut-off times at checkpoints (CP). The checkpoint cut-off is determined by the time of leaving the checkpoint: a participant must leave the CP no later than the specified time. Participants who exceed the time limit receive DNF (Did Not Finish) status, must return their chip, and are not allowed to continue on the course.

Participation Terms

• Participants are admitted upon presentation of the required documents when receiving the старт package

• Paid registration fee
• Men and women aged 18+ without medical contraindications are allowed to participate. Children participate together with or under supervision of parents
• Recommended: medical certificate confirming satisfactory health condition or a signed personal responsibility waiver
• Participant limit – 150, children’s races – 50

Pre-registration is open until April 20, 2026 (inclusive)

On-site registration will be available only for children’s races and the 2 km charity run

Transfer of registration to another person is possible until April 23, 2026

Finisher medal – guaranteed for the first 100 participants who register and pay the entry fee.

Race Pack Collection

• Identity document (passport, driver’s license, etc.)
• Mandatory equipment according to the distance requirements

Mandatory Equipment

• Fully charged mobile phone
• Course track (phone or watch)
• Cup
• Mini first aid kit (painkillers, bandages, etc.)
• 0.5 L of water

Absence of any required item – penalty +30 minutes or disqualification. Organizers may check mandatory equipment at any time. Volunteers at checkpoints may also conduct inspections upon request of the organizers.

09:00 – Start of the 42 km race

09:30–10:00 – Official opening ceremony

10:00 – Start of children’s races

10:40 – Warm-up and briefing for 10 km and 24 km races

11:00 – Start of 24 km and 10 km races, 2 km charity run

13:30 – Awards ceremony (overall and age categories)

16:00 – Event closing

The course will be marked. Police officers, medical staff, and emergency services will be on duty at the старт area.

• 10% – Running clubs, athletics federations, sports organizations
• 20% – Participants aged 60+, persons with disabilities (groups 1–3), Armed Forces of Ukraine, National Guard, Border Guard Service, combat veterans and other defense units

Awards

Winners are determined by the fastest finishing time. Awards are presented to men and women placing 1st to 3rd overall and 1st place in the 50+ age category.
