The season finale of running in Odesa: start and finish at Chornomorets stadium, course through Shevchenko Park and the Health Trail. Every distance is a single loop, and the half marathon takes an open route via the Sea Symphony.
The course runs through Taras Shevchenko Park and the Health Trail. All distances start and finish at the same place and are run as one loop. Surface: asphalt for 5 km and 21 km; Trail Run 12 km — 25% asphalt, 75% dirt.
Path of Honour for the Defence Forces. The organisers are deeply grateful to all veterans of the war for Ukraine's independence and invite them to take part. There are two formats: 100 m and 800 m. No timing; everyone receives a medal and commemorative gifts from the event partners. Pre-registration is required.
A participant's age is determined by year of birth, i.e. as of 31 December.
The programme, timing and venue will be announced in the participants' chat and by email on the eve of the event.
To collect a race pack you need:
Without an ID the bib and race pack are not issued. Another person may collect the pack with the participant's written request (handwritten or e-signed) and a copy of the participant's ID. That person must carry their own ID and copies of all documents of the person who bought the entry.
For 5 km, Trail Run 12 km and 21 km the pack and service include:
Nordic walking: bib, finisher medal, overall awards, electronic timing chip, electronic course map, changing rooms and bag storage, hydration points on the course and at the finish, post-race photos, treats from event partners.
Kids: bib, finisher medal, changing rooms and bag storage, post-race photos, treats from event partners.
Hydration and food points are marked on the course map: water, isotonic drink, fruit. Results are recorded by an electronic chip. Changing rooms and bag storage operate in the event village.
Weather safety scale:
All finishers of 5 km, 12 km, 21 km and Nordic walking receive a finisher medal. Child finishers receive a medal and a diploma; there is no award ceremony for the 40 m race.
Overall standings for men and women at 5 km, 12 km and 21 km — places 1–3, gifts from partners. Overall winners are not awarded in age groups. Nordic walking 5 km — overall standings only, men and women.
Age groups, men and women separately:
Protests. A protest may concern: an athlete's eligibility, an athlete's conduct, the equipment used, a referee's conduct, errors in the results. The protester must be an athlete entered in the event. Late protests are not accepted.
A protest is submitted in writing in free form to the Head Referee with a deposit of 500 UAH. If the protest is upheld, the deposit is returned.
If an air-raid alert is declared in Odesa before the event begins, the starts are suspended and the schedule may change. Resumption will be announced after the alert is lifted, but only during daylight hours.
Participants decide for themselves whether to go to the shelters marked on the course map. The organisers strongly recommend not ignoring the alert and going to the nearest shelter immediately. The nearest shelter to the event village is the Chornomorets stadium car park; interactive map of Odesa shelters.
The organising committee's decision and the updated programme will be announced within 10 min after the alert in Odesa is lifted.
Registration is online on the Triton Events website: fill in the registration form in Ukrainian and pay the entry fee. Registration is complete once the fee has been received in full. The organiser may close or suspend registration early when the participant limit is reached. By filling in the form the participant confirms they have read the event terms and agree to follow them.
The organisers may refuse registration if there are reasonable doubts that the participant is physically able to complete the distance, if participation endangers their life or health, or if it may harm the event's reputation. The participant receives an email explaining the reasons; a paid fee is refunded in full in that case.
If the event is cancelled for reasons beyond the organisers' control, the fee is not refunded. Instead, a new date with re-registration for this event or a transfer to another event by the organisers will be offered. The organising committee bears the costs of organising, holding the event and the awards; entry fees cover organisational costs and prizes for winners and medallists.
