The Active Parks season finale in Lviv is a free community sports event for adults and children, held with the support of the Ministry of Youth and Sports of Ukraine. Besides running, the programme includes Nordic walking and kids' races.
The event takes place in Lviv; the exact location is sent to registered participants. The route and rules for each distance appear in its section on the registration site 5 days before the event. Participants are responsible for studying the route and following it correctly.
Those outside the cut-off are withdrawn and may continue off the course — on pavements and footpaths, following traffic rules. Headphones are not allowed. Participants must cover the distance on their own, without aids (except people with special needs). Anyone who leaves the route must resume from the same point.
The start is through the start arch from the start corridor; anyone who starts elsewhere is not counted as a finisher. The corridor opens 15 minutes before each start and can be entered only with the bib fixed horizontally on the chest. The organiser may split the start into waves. After crossing the finish zone you cannot go back. Start procedures may change under martial-law regulations.
Under the general series regulations, the awards ceremony is at 11:30 and the event closes at 12:00.
Packs are handed out on race day at the venue. The pack contents are published on the registration site.
Participants aged 18 and over need originals of:
Kids' race participants and everyone under 18 collect their pack with their parents. Required:
If a participant under 18 enters the 500 m, 100 m, 5 km or 10 km, the pack is issued only in the presence of both parents or guardians. If the child's surname differs from the parents', a document proving the family relationship is needed. A pack may be refused if the participant's age does not meet the distance requirements. Foreign citizens must also provide medical insurance.
A pack can be collected for someone else with:
Packs are not issued outside these conditions.
There are hydration points and volunteer marshals on the route. The event village has separate changing rooms for men and women, bag storage and toilets. Belongings must be packed as one item per participant; items left after bag storage closes may be disposed of. The organisers are not liable for belongings left in the changing rooms or bag storage.
Electronic timing records the first three men and three women in the 10 km, 5 km and Nordic walking 5 km; the system has a certified loss rate of up to 3% of chips. The bib must be worn on the chest exactly as issued: removing, covering, cutting or folding it is forbidden. A result is not guaranteed if the bib is attached incorrectly, torn or crumpled, the chip is damaged or the bib is lost.
Medics and volunteers support the event. Everyone takes part voluntarily and is responsible for their own physical condition; parents are responsible for participants under 18. Health conditions that pose a risk on the course must be reported to the organiser. The organiser may withdraw a participant who needs medical help and, with the participant's consent, may withhold a pack where there is a risk to life or health. The organising committee is not liable for injuries, deterioration of health or losses, including lost or damaged belongings.
In the kids' races, children enter the start corridor according to bibs showing the distance and heat number. The 100 m can be run together with parents. After finishing the 100 m and 500 m, children leave the finish corridor only with their parents; those who ran alone wait there for them. Each participant may run their distance only once.
Winners and podium finishers are determined by timing-system time; in the main distances results are overall only. The prize structure appears in each distance's section on the registration site 5 days before the event. Awards may be refused, with reasons given, for breaking the regulations.
Provisional results are published on zabig.com.ua within 48 hours after the cut-off. Results can be contested within 72 hours of publication, after which they become final. Finish protocols remain available on the registration site for 14 calendar days after race day.
Protests are filed on zabig.com.ua with full name (anonymous ones are not considered), the substance of the claim and evidence — photo or video. Protests are considered if they affect the podium, concern timing accuracy or a disqualification for unsporting conduct; others (typos, personal details) may be ignored. The organising committee decides at its own discretion.
A participant may be disqualified for:
