Chernivtsi Infinity Run is a charity race through the historic centre of Chernivtsi, starting and finishing on Soborna Square. Its highlight is the 8,848 m Everest Challenge — the height of Everest — created by Olena Karlova, who has summited the mountain.
A city course through the historic centre. Stay on the official course; cutting it is forbidden.
Finisher medal (within the cut-off), timing chip, changing rooms and bag storage, aid stations, post-race photos and a recovery pack from partners.
Aid stations offer water, isotonic drinks, fruit and first aid. Timing by RunStyle: overall winners by gun time, age groups by chip time. No bikes, skates, scooters or pets; bibs are not transferable.
Overall winners among men and women, age-group winners in kids' races and special awards: oldest runner, youngest finisher, corporate team.
Funds support the 82nd Air Assault Brigade, the 24th Mechanised Brigade and the Rifle Battalion of the National Police.
Half marathon — 18+; 10 km and 8848 m — 16+; 5 km — 14+; 2 km — no age limit; 1 km — ages 7–13; 100 m and 500 m — up to 12 inclusive.
